Over the last 3 years, Bethel Assistance has been a part of helping over 780 families through difficult financial situations. We have seen God use faithful volunteers to be the hands and feet of Jesus in ways that we could never have imagined.
However, as we have evaluated our assistance program over the past several months, it has become more and more clear that we are working over-capacity and cannot continue the pace with our current BAM policies and procedures.
We will not hold our regular intake nights for May, June, and July. Instead, our volunteer teams will meet together to pray, plan, and prepare for how the Lord is moving in our ministry. Our hope is to make changes, if needed, that will better serve our clients and better equip our volunteers to serve those clients.
We will resume our evening assistance program in early August. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns at email@example.com. We will communicate again mid-July with any policy or procedure changes that we feel are appropriate.
Please pray for BAM and our BAM team over the summer months, as we strongly desire to hear from the Lord and only proceed as He directs. We look forward with excitement and anticipation to seeing how He moves and leads us forward.
