In May we had the pleasure of having our friends and partners from Agape International Missions (AIM) here for Freedom Weekend. It was an awesome series of events that weekend ranging from the first AIM Family Gathering in the Pacific Northwest, to a Men’s BBQ Dinner, and Experience Cambodia night. God is clearly making a difference through the faithful service of AIM staff and people like you have given of their time and resources to serve the vulnerable. We hope you’ll continue to pray about and pursue one of our trips planned this year. Now is the time to get involved and make a difference in the life of an exploited child.
Please see this letter from AIM Founders Don and Bridgette Brewster:
Dear Bethel Family,
It was so wonderful to be with you in May and it truly felt like we were spending time with family. We celebrate all that God did through the many events that were part of the AIM Freedom Weekend. Thank you to all of you who volunteered, organized, ran, cooked, shopped and gave!
Heading into June we saw donations falling below projections. It is not unusual for a summer dip in giving; we’ve experienced this before but year over year we've always seen God provide. If we aren’t able to catch up in the next few months we will need to make additional cuts in programs.
Would you join us in prayer and also consider what you might be able to do to support us through this season? If you are prompted to give please go to AIM’s website
Thank you for allowing us to share this need with you. We love you and look forward to the next time we can be with you.
All our love,
Don and Bridget Brewster
