Bethel Quilters has been a ministry at Bethel for twenty-plus years making quilts for our community partners. We are expanding our outreach to have a missional focus by providing items to support those serving around the world. We work with donated fabric to make numerous items including quilts, dresses, shorts, backpacks, reusable sanitary pad kits, stuffed animals, Christmas stockings, hats, a variety of crochet and knitted items, and much more. When we meet, there are jobs for everybody, whether they sew or not.
We would love to have you join us! We meet the first Friday of every month from September to May in the Activity Center from 9:00A-3:00P. Bring your lunch and stay for the whole day, or just drop in for a short while.
In addition to our work days, you can also partner with us by donating items needed to finish projects we are currently working on. Included are links you can use to order items, as well as items you can purchase locally. Please ship items to:

1,000 ft spool will make 75 backpacks
Girl's size (not women's), briefs (not bikini or hip hugger) in sizes 12-18. No eyes or animals on them, darker colors are preferred.
Other items:
- Small bars of soap (hotel size)
- Flannel yardage in dark or wild prints. Flannel scraps 9-10" square in any color can also be used
- Bright colored fabrics to make dresses - 1.5 yards per dress, must not be able to see through
- Heavy decorator fabric or denim weight for backpacks
- Brightly colored t-shirts in children's sizes and adult small or medium
