Pastoral Care & Support

posted by Bethel Care & Compassion | Mar 6, 2019

There are times in our lives where our pain, hurt, confusion and sorrows overwhelm us.  We may feel alone as we walk through these valleys in our life, but God says, "Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you."  (Hebrews 13:5) David tells us in Psalm 34:17-18, "The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles.  The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit."

Come find support and encouragement through a safe and confidential community as you experience the transforming work of God in your life.

Bethel offers the following care and support groups:

A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; just as I have loved you, you also are to be love one another.  By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have loved for one another.  John 13:34-35

Love One Another as I Have Loved You

In John 15:2 Jesus says,” this is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you.” Loving and caring for one another is not just a pastor’s job---it’s something Jesus calls us all to do.

What is Baptism?

Jun 20, 2019

Very simply, baptism is an outward testimony of the inward change in a believer's life. "So in Christ Jesus you are all children of God through faith, for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ." Galatians 3:26-27
