We’re excited to tell you about the fall semester of Rooted 2020.
Are you new to Bethel? Or maybe you’ve been attending Bethel for a while and now you’re ready to plug into a small group community? If so, Rooted is for you.
Join us for the Rooted Experience! Rooted is an 11 week small group experience that helps you connect with God, Bethel Church, and your purpose. You’ll spend daily time (5 days/week) reading a Bible devotional and praying, and along with your small group you’ll participate in weekly group discussions and in three experiences - a time of prayer, a time to serve, and an opportunity to share your faith story. This fall, we’ll offer both Zoom and in-person groups so that you can meet in the format that works for you; all groups will follow the current Covid guidelines. There will be a variety of meeting times as well. We’re intentionally keeping this Fall session smaller than previous sessions and limiting the number to 50 people so that we’re able to meet together for the opening Kickoff and the last week Celebration.
We won’t be able to offer on-site child care but we do have vouchers to help offset child care costs.
One other quick note, if you are currently in a small group and your small group would like to participate together in the Rooted experience, we’d love for you to join the Winter session, starting January, 2021.
This pandemic has changed many things, but it hasn’t changed our need to connect with God and each other. Rooted is a catalyst for your faith and your walk with Jesus - we hope you can join us!
One additional note:
For those of you who are new to Bethel we’d like to invite to what we call Discover Bethel.
At DB you will be able to meet our Senior Pastor and other Bethel leaders, get to know who we are as a church and find out where to get connected into ministry and Group Life
The next DB is on September 27 at 1:00
You can reserve a spot at bethel.ch/events
The Rooted team is looking forward to meeting you and helping to get you engaged here at Bethel. We hope to see you soon.
